Graduates of the Certificate IV in Wool Classing are eligible for Australian Wool Classer Registration which will allow them to seek employment as a registered Wool Classer. Students can undertake this course as a standalone, or as a Traineeship. They can choose a wide range of industry-relevant units to suit their career goals and interests.
RIST students are encouraged to participate in wool classing competitions in Australia and New Zealand and in recent years our students have had success in these competitions.

- New technologies in clip preparation
- Managing shearing operations
- Industry supervision and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria :
There are no entry requirements for this qualification however students should possess relevant industry experience.
