- IrriSAT is a low cost weather-based irrigation scheduling tool that will be used across large areas to monitor crop variability and assist producers with benchmarking data.
- Canopy temperature sensors are currently being researched and will eventually be a tool available to producers to assist with irrigation scheduling decisions.
- Dynamic deficit scheduling is currently being researched and will eventually be a tool available to producers to assist with irrigation scheduling decisions.
- EM38 will be a tool to be used in soil moisture monitoring that will assist growers to monitor irrigation and fertiliser requirements.
- VARIwise is a software program that provides site-specific surface irrigation and fertiliser requirements to be determined.
- Smart automation in furrow irrigation provides full control so it can reduce labour input and increase water use efficiency.
