This is a brief review paper outlining mastitis, with particular reference to diagnosis of mastitis.
Why should you read it?
Although not overly detailed, this article provides a good outline of the causes of mastitis, diagnosis, and treatment. Much of the information is present as a dots points, and so is easily digestible. There are some units used which may not be relevant, but this does not detract from the main body of information. There is also a table outlining the changes to milk production with somatic cell count.
