SUMMARY:Australian Summer Grains Conference 2025
DESCRIPTION:The success of this conference is largely attributed to an outstanding program featuring international speakers as well as leading Australian presenters from scientific\, commercial and grower segments and our focus has been to build on this for the 2025 event through the inclusion of more young farmers and agronomists to the enhanced program. \nWith around 400 delegates expected for the 2025 conference\, the ASGC will be a major platform to network with a diverse range of attendees. Reflecting on 2023 attendee’s\, full delegate and farmer grower registrations were the highest number present. \nThis undoubtedly demonstrates Australian Summer Grains Conference is the place to be showcasing your brand and increasing your exposure in the 2025 year.

SUMMARY:Australian Grassland Association: Seeds of Change
DESCRIPTION:The Australian Grassland Association Inc. is hosting its annual event\, “Seeds of Change\,” participants will explore the latest advancements and challenges in pasture seed production\, breeding\, cultivar development\, and pasture agronomy. \nThis three-day event will feature insightful sessions\, field tours\, and networking opportunities with industry experts and fellow enthusiasts. \nThe aim of the Australian Grassland Association (AGA) is to facilitate the ongoing improvement and development of the pasture industry. In order to efficiently and effectively target and use research capability there needs to be regular\, structured\, wide reaching reviews of the pasture industry. Such reviews need to consider past priorities and activities\, the current status of research\, the successes and failures and where we need to go next. \nThis review process takes the format of a symposium at which the scientific community\, leading producers and industry stakeholders come together in order to contribute directly in the development of industry wide investment priorities and the research agenda. \nTo date they have had 5 highly successful symposiums; \n\nThe Australian Legume Symposium (2012)\nPerennial Grasses in Pasture Production Systems ( 2014)\nLivestock Productivity from Pasture (2017)\nSoil Constraints on Pasture Productivity (2019)\nResilience in the face of change – Pasture for the future (2021)

SUMMARY:Drought Resilience 2025
DESCRIPTION:As climates warm and become more variable\, the frequency and severity of droughts and other climatic events are increasing. In this context\, increasing the ability of economies\, ecosystems and communities to become more resilient to droughts has never been more important. Whilst traditional and novel approaches are being adopted to prepare for\, predict\, respond to and recover from droughts when they do occur\, sharing insights and approaches across disciplines has the potential to result in innovative\, high-quality research leading to practical and effective outcomes with real-world impact.   \nDrought Resilience 2025 will bring together experts from across the sciences\, health\, law\, business\, technology\, humanities\, arts disciplines as well as Traditional Knowledge to share knowledge and approaches and explore collaborative approaches to support drought resilience. The conference\, hosted by the Victoria Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub\, will also launch the Drought Resilience Interdisciplinary Network\, DRI-Net and will explore key\, intersecting themes to encourage collaboration among research disciplines. \n\nRegistration\n\n\nEarly bird: NOW OPEN  \nEarly bird closes: 30 May 2025 \nRegistrations close: 20 June 2025
