DESCRIPTION:agriCULTURED returns to Launceston\, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy\, from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November 2026. The four-day festival brings together farmers\, producers\, artists\, makers and everyday eaters to talk about how food is grown and why it matters. The program combines farm workshops\, shared meals\, music and creative experiences. Its themes include Tasmania’s food system\, from paddock to policy\, along with sustainability\, fermentation and zero-waste\, regenerative approaches to food. Speakers include novelist James Bradley\, chef Paul West\, Palawa Kipli leader Kitana Mansell and writer Richard Cornish. Partners include Events Tasmania\, the City of Launceston and the University of Tasmania’s Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture. Tickets are sold through Humanitix\, and the full program and speaker list are on the agriCULTURED website.

DESCRIPTION:Tocal Field Days returns from Friday 30 April to Sunday 2 May 2027 at Tocal\, near Paterson in NSW’s Hunter region. Running since 1984\, it is a three-day field day for commercial producers\, hobby farmers and families\, and in 2026 it drew more than 26\,000 visitors and 345 exhibitors. Visitors can compare machinery\, farm technology\, remote monitoring devices and solar energy systems\, see livestock on show\, and watch demonstrations\, with local food\, wine and live music on site. Gates are open from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday and Saturday\, and from 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday. \n
