11:30 – 13:30 | Ashley Park Farm with Alistair Just
Chickens in the rotational mix, dung beetles, pasture renovation and on-farm composting — a practical look at building soil health and closing nutrient loops.

14:00 – 18:00 | ForkTree Project
Presentations and hands-on shelterbelt planting, followed by a hog roast, bonfire and beers at sunset.
