Emergency Water Infrastructure Rebate Scheme

The NSW Government has announced $15 million to reopen the Emergency Water Infrastructure Rebate (EWIR) scheme (Round 2).

They are currently working with the Commonwealth Government to finalise details of the new scheme.

The EWIR Scheme will be administered by the NSW Rural Assistance Authority (RAA) and will provide eligible primary producers access to a 25 percent rebate, up to $25,000, on new purchases and installation costs of new water infrastructure.

If you already have submitted an application for the first EWIR scheme (Round 1), you do not need to do anything – they will be in touch with you with the next steps.

If you are interested in the new EWIR program (Round 2) please register your Expression of Interest.
