Salmon is one of the healthiest, most efficient farmed products with one of the lowest carbon footprints. Many wild-caught fisheries have been depleted over the years, yet demand for salmon continues to increase. That’s why Tassal invests in Aquaculture and globally leading sustainability programs, and that’s why the industry is growing and Tassal is now one of the largest employers in Tasmania. To ensure a sustainable future and a better tomorrow, Tassal is committed to the application of science and the education of future generations. Tassal is a proud supporter of the Associate Degree in Applied Science (Z2J), specialising in Aquaculture.
