IsoFoodtrace’s Role at Hort Connections 2025

As a leader in food traceability and verification solutions, IsoFoodtrace presented our biochemical fingerprinting technique to the global Food Authenticity Testing industry.

Our Stand

We conducted live demonstrations of our proprietary technology, which verifies food origins and authenticity at a molecular level. Attendees learnt how IsoFoodtrace uses Stable Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (SIRMS) to identify fraud, confirm production methods (like organic or grass-fed claims), which protects both businesses and consumers from fraudulent food.
