On-farm Drought Infrastructure Grants 2024
The South Australian On-Farm Drought Infrastructure Grants program aims to assist primary producers in implementing infrastructure projects which assist in managing current drought conditions and strengthen drought preparedness.
Eligible farmers will be able to apply for rebates for on-farm improvements including water infrastructure updates, water and fodder storage, stock containment feeding, fencing to reduce grazing pressure, grain and fodder storage, soil moisture monitors, weather stations.
The Government of South Australia is offering a rebate of up to 75% (to a maximum of $5,000, GST exclusive). Eligible businesses must contribute at least 25% of the total infrastructure cost.
