Rob Jennings

Managing Director

Rob Jennings is a tireless advocate for Regional Australia and Australian agriculture, recognised for bridging the divide between producers, researchers, government, and industry. He works at the intersection of regional development, agriculture and the for‑purpose sector, turning complex technology into clear, actionable strategy that leaders can implement with confidence.

Over the past decade, Rob has partnered with regional councils, agribusinesses, not‑for‑profits and community organisations to grow their organisation, tell their story and deliver services through smarter digital foundations. From modernising web and digital ecosystems to designing regional platforms and online communities, his focus is always on measurable outcomes: stronger engagement, better access to services, and more resilient regional economies.

Currently Rob specialises in helping leadership teams understand where digital and AI tools genuinely add value – and where they don’t.

He works with boards, CEOs, business owners and executive teams to map out low‑risk, staged roadmaps: starting with simple, high‑impact wins, building staff capability, and putting in place the governance needed to manage risk. His style is pragmatic and human‑centred: plain language, real examples, and a strong emphasis on bringing people along for the journey.

Rob’s work spans three core areas:

  • Digital strategy and marketing for regional growth – clarifying positioning, building effective web and content ecosystems, and improving how regions, programs and services are discovered online.
  • AI readiness and transition – identifying practical use cases, running leadership workshops, and helping organisations test and embed AI tools in a safe, ethical and sustainable way.
  • Strategic advice and capacity building – advising on digital governance, facilitating planning sessions, and upskilling regional teams so they can own and maintain their digital assets over the long term.

What sets Rob apart is his deep commitment to regional communities and for‑purpose organisations. He understands the constraints of smaller teams, tight budgets and complex local politics – and designs strategies that fit those realities instead of importing big‑city blueprints. His goal is not just to deliver “projects”, but to build capability and confidence so regional organisations can continue to innovate long after the initial engagement.

If you lead a regional council, development agency, agribusiness or for‑purpose organisation and need a clear, grounded path through digital and AI change, Rob is the kind of partner who will meet you where you are, translate the jargon, and help you move forward with clarity and momentum.
