Realtime RADAR, lightning, webcams and weather station observations and tide and weather forecasts
OzForecast incorporates data from their own network of weather stations and webcams, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, and numerous third-party sources.
It overlays your current location on the BOM weather RADAR data, together with lightning strike map and wind observations. Also Includes other information such as graphical tide explorer and sunrise/sunset information.
Several home screen widgets are also provided:
- Display a thumbnail of the nearest BOM RADAR, highlighting your current location.
- Show current observations from your nearest weather station with a two day forecast.
- 2×1 widget displaying just the latest observations from your nearest weather station.
- 1×1 sunrise/sunset widget.
