The Outback Mind Foundation wants to empower men throughout regional Australia to live more healthy, happy, conscious, and connected lives. With escalating mental health issues and male suicide, The Outback Mind Foundation is providing tools and solutions to help raise self-awareness in Australian men so they can reach their full potential.
The podcast aims to equip men in rural communities with strategies that are not only there in times of crisis but help them connect, collaborate and share their uniqueness within them.
