OzForecast

OzForecast incorporates data from their own network of weather stations and webcams, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, and numerous third-party sources.

It overlays your current location on the BOM weather RADAR data, together with lightning strike map and wind observations. Also Includes other information such as graphical tide explorer and sunrise/sunset information.

Several home screen widgets are also provided:

• Display a thumbnail of the nearest BOM RADAR, highlighting your current location.
• Show current observations from your nearest weather station with a two day forecast.
• 2×1 widget displaying just the latest observations from your nearest weather station.
• 1×1 sunrise/sunset widget.

We love OzForecast at Farm Table and have it available to our Members in their dashboard. OzForecast is our favourite weather service because it lines up three different rainfall models side by side. When the three rain forecasts line up, it gives a more accurate prediction of the rain expected.
